General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

2. Contractual Partners & Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded between you as the customer and RGNCY® | HEADSHOT®.
By submitting an order through our online shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email (order confirmation). The contract is only concluded upon our acceptance of your order, which we will communicate to you by a separate email (order confirmation) or by dispatching the goods.
3. Product Information & Prices
All product descriptions, illustrations, and information in our online shop are carefully prepared. Nevertheless, errors and changes cannot be excluded.
All prices include statutory value-added tax and exclude the respective shipping costs. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed to you before the completion of your order.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop. The available payment methods will be displayed to you during the order process.
The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided.
Delivery time is generally 3-7 working days within Austria, unless otherwise specified. Longer delivery times may apply for international deliveries.
Should the delivery of the goods become impossible due to circumstances beyond our control, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. You will be informed immediately, and any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Detailed information on your right of withdrawal can be found in our Cancellation Policy & Return Policy.
Important: There is no right of withdrawal for sealed food flavorings once the seal has been removed after delivery (for reasons of health protection and hygiene in accordance with § 18 FAGG).
7. Warranty & Liability
The statutory warranty provisions apply. In case of defects, you are entitled to rectification, replacement, price reduction, or rescission in accordance with statutory provisions.
Please report defects immediately to office@rgncy.eu with photos of the affected goods.
Our liability is governed by statutory provisions. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
8. Use & Safety Instructions
Our aroma concentrates are exclusively intended for their designated use as food flavorings. Please observe the dosage recommendations and safety instructions on the products.
The products must be kept out of reach of children.
9. Data Protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on the collection, processing, and use of your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of our company in Gablitz, Austria.
12. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
