Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Austrian and European law.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
IMPORTANT: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for food flavors
The right of withdrawal expires for the following products:
According to § 18 para. 1 no. 1 of the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for:
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies to all our flavor concentrates. As soon as you have opened the seal (screw cap, safety seal, or original packaging), we can no longer take back the products for hygiene and health reasons.
Why? As food products, our flavors are subject to strict hygiene and health regulations. Once opened, we can no longer guarantee that the product has not been altered, contaminated, or exchanged. Your safety and the safety of all customers is our top priority.
Returns for unopened products
You can return unopened and originally sealed products within 14 days of receipt. The seal must be completely intact.
For returns, please contact us in advance at office@rgncy.eu so that we can coordinate the return.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Consequences of withdrawal (for unopened products)
If you return unopened products, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
Damaged or faulty goods
If you have received damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at office@rgncy.eu with photos of the goods. We will find a quick and customer-friendly solution.
Your statutory warranty rights for defects remain unaffected by this.
