Effects of Withdrawal

You will be refunded all payments including delivery charges (except additional delivery costs) within 14 days. We may delay the refund until we have received the goods or evidence of return.

You must return the goods within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of return and are liable only for loss in value due to handling beyond necessary inspection.

• Customized or personalized products

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene, if the seal is removed
